Is ORYX to difficult?
So it seems even people who have completed the raid several times are still having BIG trouble beating Oryx...
And for people below 295 it's near impossible! So the question id like to know is do you think oryx is to difficult and involve to much, I haven't beat him yet, not even got past the second wave.... And have tried with a full fire team of people who have beat him several times....

No oryx is extremely easy on normal did it 5 times tried hard but I think hard is decent and takes time

Oryx is easy. Didn't take too long my first time (see my status)

We get the raid done in an hour and a half every Tuesday. It is not too hard. Communication and coordination are key.

This raid stresses more on teamwork and mechanics. The first few runs we had were a gaggle but after that we casually wreck him.

Nah, it's not difficult, just gotta know what your doing.

Our first Oryx completion had 280's in it. The mechanics themselves are difficult to grasp at first, but after you get them down it's one of the easiest fights. It's pretty difficult to die during that encounter if everyone is doing their job.

Oryx is not hard. It's the people you play with that makes it hard.

Yes and no the fight itself takes some getting use to but it's pretty easy

When we first did it i think our highest level was 296, most people were 290. And it probably took us less time overall to get a reliable strategy down for Oryx than any other raid boss.

Oryx raid is easy if at least four people know what they're doing. I took a 263 Light Guardian through the entire raid with a team last night and beat it in less then an hour with maybe two wipes.

It's not hard, you just need the right team, and by right I mean coordinated, doesn't argue every time you or the other members mess us, and just chill in general. Hell we even completed the whole raid with 2 players below 295 I think

Oryx is the perfect amount of challenge and fun. Love doing it.

1 AntwortenYou need a patient team. When I first did it my raid team would always argue over what happened whenever we wiped. We spent over 5 hours and had no success. The next day I found a chill group and we did it in two tries. Yesterday another chill group did it in 3 tries.
