Can anyone heplp me understand why I should bother with Destiny anymore? I've been playing since day one, I love the mechanics of the game and really enjoyed the Strikes and Raids of year one. So as you can imagine I was very excited about Year Two and The Taken King. I loved the trailers, the build up and in the first week I was thoroughly enjoying myself. However, I have now hit a wall, I'm bored.... Everything I worked for in Year One is worthless, all my characters are worthless and every mission and Raid is now pointless. I have 70 weapons stored in the vault that I may as well just delete, they are a waste of time. There are new currencies and materials, for which I now have togrind away hour after hour to get enough to make a tiny diffence, there are new icons (three of coins) which promise the chance of better drops at great expense. I used 72 and got 7 drops, 6 of which were year one exotics, the other I'd already got from XUr. The new missions and quests are BORING.... Seriously, just dull!!!! The new Raid is equally, mind numbingly, indifferent... WHat's the point? Our CLan has stopped doing Nightfall because it gives nothing of any worth, so what's the point? Dailys for Legendar marks, seriously who cares? WHat is the point in playing now? WHEREis my incentive? Year two equipment isn't dropping, it is baltantly rigged toward dropping Year two upgrades to year one equipment. I am just sooooo bored of it all......... SOmeone please give me an incentive, something worth doing????? (no, I wont delete my characters, fanboys go away I don't care what you have to say)
