I've got Claws of Ahamkara at 310 from a random drop. Is this somehow bugged as well since this isn't the "intended" attack/defense level.

No. Exotics drop at 310 when your light level is over 300

Then what is the issue with Black Spindle? If I go and complete it with my warlock and Titan, both are 300, what's the issue then?

It drops at 310 even if you're a 150 light. No matter how low you are you can get endless 310 secondary weapons...which is broken.

I tried getting the spindle today on a character that I had already received it on last week, and I got nothing to drop. So you can only get 3, 310 spindles*, ever. And please explain to me how a lvl 150 would ever be able to fathom that mission let alone even join in.

good to know that I only need to do it on 2 of my characters. Not sure what the lowest level allowed in would be, but I know that you're not supposed to receive 310 exotics unless you're above 300 light. As of now anyone who's allowed into the mission can obtain the weapon at 310, which is the problem.

To even do that mission would pretty much require you to be light lvl 300 from the jump. Unless you're some kind of super mlg pro cheese strat prodigy gamer God. In which case, you deserve to have unlocked a lvl 310 weapon for completing that mission at a level lower than 300.

If someone can solo it...then obviously they'd be able to carry two low level players with them. SC Slayerage has done it.
