Why hasn't bungie fixed Titans yet.

We all know sunbreaker needs a major nerf. There are numerous threads upon threads of people telling bungie how broken it is. Can you fix it already. It's toxic to 2.0

Lastly I tested the damage of the hammer on direct impacts. To confirm my idea that it has the same damage model of arc blade swipes. When running max armor on blade dancer with the extra armor you take 2 hammers to kill. you're left with half of your red health bar. then I tested it against a person with max armor on storm trance but no extra armor and got the same result. to me this means it's got the same damage of the arc blade melee. If hammer of sol does any extra damage at all its so small that it's not going to matter in 90% of situations. Conclusion: the sunbreaker mid super naturally has a slight armor advantage. and it's honestly so slight it doesn't matter in my opinion. you have potentially 4 snipers with out any special perk roll that can one shot head shot. and if you are using golden gun all you have to do is hit them with anything like a nade or knife and then golden gun and they are dead. I understand people don't like that the sunbreaker can even survive it at all. However they are the tank class and all titan sub classes can tank a golden gun. so it's consistent. and hammer of sol has average damage. needing 2 hammers to kill a majority of people mid super. of course if the target has low armor it's a one hit. But everyone is always telling me max armor is the way to go in crucible. so if you aren't running it you willingly accept the concequences. end of story. I didn't test all sub classes on damage with the hammer because the 2 I did test with different situations yielded the same results. Though if someone proves me wrong with footage and explains the situation i'll retract my statement. I also didn't test sword swings or rockets. Simply because anyone mid super (bar golden gun and radiance with no radiant skin) can tank 2 sword swings and if any of the subclasses (bar the same 2) spec for max armor can survive a rocket. simply put it's not a new thing. armor always protected you from rockets and now from 2 burst deaths. and the swords follow the same damage model as arc blade does. Hopefully this thread gets around and people stop complaining about how tanky they are or how stupid strong hammer damage is. EDIT: I completely forgot to mention the shotgun testing done. I managed to survive a conspiracy D headshot at point blank when I had the max armor+ the additional armor from the chest piece. with out the additional armor from the chest piece I die.         Luke Smith already stated that no sub class will ever get a nerf again. And that they leaned there lesson with Arc Blade. Additionally, they are looking at returning Arc Blade to its former glory. So get your buckets ready or the hammers will dry them up for you. Stop crying and bitching or enjoy the sticks up your ass :) Bump for support

        • If its not nerfd by the time iron banner or trials begin, i dont think it will be. Just have to suck it up and play as a titan. But imagine if the hunters golden gun had unlimited shots during its super, and you didn't have to hit your target to kill, just be somewhat close. And when you did get a kill it replenished your health. Does that sound OP?

            • Stop the crying already, u all bitched about bubbles in iron banner, strikers wouldn't die while in the air while alarming please need them, now it's hammers are supers and supers hurt me to much.... /cry.. Sorry that u now die by all 3 different types of classes, we know ur used to only being killed by locks and hunters. We have a mediocre grenade choice, mediocre melee.. Hunter grenades are better and so are warlocks.. And when it comes to melee let's not get started. Me pushing RB from 3 feet away nets me punching the air.. Locks and hunters melee from 5feet out and I'm out of shield and most my health.. Am I bitching? Nope!! Makes me work at getting better so I can be the guy who hands u a few hammers.

                  Because it doesn't need a nerf, if you get so salty about being killed a couple times a game with it, then you have a problem.

                  • These threads are useless nothing's going to the change and for people crying about one shouting with golden gun it's not the supers armour alone it's the supers armour and the armour from perks eg I put up my super I already have nearly full armour from my subclass perks and a perk from my armour which gives me increased armour when using a solar subclass in my opinion this is what people don't put into account

                      • Because statistics show that they aren't op, other classes are getting just as much if not more kills per super than the sunbreaker titan. There has been more than enough posts proving this with actual numbers. Numbers don't lie, now stop crying for a nerf because you get killed a couple times a game by a super.
