It bothers me when people mean to say the word "rogue" and they spell it as "rouge."

Would of.... Like what do mean with would of? It annoys me because it's so basic. If you speak and it sounds like someone said would of then fine but if you write would of, which isn't even a real word then you should probably backtrack and re-do elementary school Would've*

Then and than Your and you're Too and to Their and they're

1 AntwortenBearbeitet von JayhawkZombie: 11/4/2015 5:02:04 PM"There" and "their" and "they're". Also "your" and "you're". Also "too" and "to" and "two". And "here" and "hear". The English language is cruel.

Definitely as definately. If you spell definitely with an A you are definitely an A hole

Affect vs Effect Affect is a verb, and effect is a noun. You can remember it easier by noting that A is for Action, A is Affect.

2 AntwortenWhen people use of instead of have For example: I would of but I didn't have time. It's I would HAVE not I would OF
-
I hate when people use "everyday" wrong. Not a spelling mistake, but still. "Everyday" and "every day" are different. "Everyday" is an adjective used to describe something that is normal or done daily. "Every day" is not.

When people say alot or atleast. It's a lot or at least. Or when people say "the Earth." It's a planet, saying the Earth is like saying the Mars

Everyday when it should be every day. Sometimes everyday is correct, example "check our everyday low prices." Sometimes it is incorrect, example "open 7am everyday."
