You have to use sword in pvp?!?!?!?!
What the hell man... it's already hard enough to get in a game that isn't about to end...seriously? i honestly might just stick with legendary version

From this point forward you will never have to do the crucible part again. Simply grab the sword on your other characters. Transfer them to the character that did the crucible part already. Infuse them over 280 and unlock the upgrades. Shaxx will give you the exotic quest right away. You won't have to do the crucible part or Ecthar again.

When you get the exotic sword you keep the legendary one as well. And even though you have 0 charges on your sword in PvP still use it to get kills as the still count

Yeah this is going to be a tough one for me too but ultimately worth it. If it is anything like the Bad JuJu bounty it will be about four hours of solid PvP for me.

You can use the hilt.

It's not as hard as it seems. I too was discouraged by this but ended up doing it in 1 day of playing crucible. Also you can kill people by meleeing with just the hilt which I didn't know

Get a likeminded friend also doing the quest and beat eachother to death with the hilt in rumble.

(this only works as titan) i did most of it one game and what i found to work best in zone control, pop a bubble right after you get sword ammo on B. let people walk in and lose to your sword while the smart people use heavy ammo. then take advantage of the 3rd person with the sword and wait by doorways.

But the sword is so much, just make sure they don't actually see you. I mean your just another red blip on the radar, get close to them and bam! You pop up out of no where and suddenly limbs are flying.

1 AntwortenYou can hit people with just the hilt and have it count towards your quest. Another plus is that it's very demoralizing.

It's easier than u think. While using the sword ur in third person so u can look around corners and wait for ppl to get within pouncing range. Also doing classic 6v6 makes getting sword kills easier

they are really trying to force the pvp side of the game even though it is constantly flawed with lag and shotguning lil corner campers.

It is amazing in the ceucibele 7-10 kills every time

It's not as hard to do as you'd imagine.. wait for heavy ammo, hang back a while, camp some corners using 3rd person view to your advantage and come out swinging.

Play pvp and use it when viable, don't go around chasing a guy with fel winters lie with your sword hilt

Step 1: Go into inferno skirmish so that you can sneak up behind people without them knowing. Step 2: Hit guardians with hilt of sword. Step 3: Rejoice in how quickly you complete the quest step.
