You're absolutely right.
I ran it with 3 of us at 295, 295, and 296.
Could. Not. Do it.
Probably need raid weapons for the damage bonus to taken. This quest is ROUGH
EDIT: wow. Lots of people on here disagree! I must have had an inferior group lol.
I suppose I DID spend a lot more time reviving than I should've had to during the boss :/
Edit: almost 1000 replies. Holy shitballs Batman!
Edit: my phone has exploded. Lots of success stories in here!
Unfortunately, by the time my team and I finally got it, we finished a minute after reset. Literally ONE. MINUTE!
Next time I guess T.T

3 AntwortenCan you still do it?
-
We had a 292, 291 and 288 and we killed the boss twice but the ads were too much. Had 1 minute and 30 seconds left after we killed the boss the second time and we still couldn't handle the ads
-
1 AntwortenWe did it with 278, 288, 298. 1:11 left in the timer
-
You must blow
-
I was soooooooooooooooooooo close to 2 manning it with around 280-289 light
-
Add control is huge, destroy those blights as soon as they pop up. Take control of the left platform we use a defender Titan with blessing a warlock with storm caller and Hunter with 3 shadow shots to tether as many adds as possible at a time. Clear the first two rooms of taken in about a minute each need 6 mins for final room should be a breeze. Remember add control is key

3 AntwortenYou have to do the defender bubble and all swords, otherwise have fun.. Lol
-
I ran it at 287. Got up to 291 now. Whoop! Time for raid! Thank you spindle
-
We had a 270 on our team. It's just a matter of time management and focusing on adds.
-
I had a 295 292 and a 290 and we did it with around 30 seconds left
-
I had 294, 295, & 297 and we couldn't do it. The adds are just crazy stupid and they will murder you. Although the game because very laggy once we got to the boss. I'm usually a pretty good PvE guy, usually last one alive and being Sherpa, I wasn't ready for this fight.

Bearbeitet von Whoppenheimer: 9/24/2015 12:24:43 PMWe did as a 290, 291,293 took us a second time
-
We were 292/290/280 no raid weapons
-
we had a 269 and were still able to do it
-
My crews setup 1 Hunter 293 1 warlock 295 1 warlock 300 We finished with ease. It really isn't that bad. The exotic sword makes it a lot easier.

My team: 299 Voidwalker (me) 297 Voidwalker 296 Sunbreaker Beat it on second attempt.
-
Beat it once last night; 297 Nightstalker (myself) 295 Stormcaller 295 Defender
-
Beat it twice with: 2 hunters and a Titan at 295/296/297 3 hunters at 294/295/295 Communication and mob control was key
-
That's funny because I did it and I was at 291 light and my fireteam was at 283 and 292
-
4 AntwortenBearbeitet von SirMang: 9/24/2015 8:17:26 AMBeat it with me being the only 295. 295, 292, 289. Then again, I was able to get to the boss room solo as well. And no, there is no way you're soloing that thing.

3 AntwortenGood heavy solar machine gun makes a world of difference. Knights that take 10 seconds to kill now take 2.
-
Kill the blights first (the black spheres) then rocket launcher/ special the ads then focus on the boss... Make sure you kill every blight as soon as they respawn... Its that easy
-
I was 281 and did it in a couple try's. So... I guess I'm just really good?
-
All you need is a defender titan. Pop a bubble on the boss and sword him to death and you still have PLENTY of time for ads
-
I suggest 1 storm caller 1 night stalker 1 sunbreaker. One you get to the boss room clear out the left side and put consistent damage on the boss. If the ads start to over power you, go into the starting room and take it back. Use storm caller for ads ONLY! Have the night stalker tether the boss and you have I call this out so your fire team can switch to sniping the boss. Use sun breaker to take out the stragglers that the storm caller missed and get black spindle.
Did you get to the end?
