TTK - best rewards only for the top 1%
So Golgoroth - yeah after several hours we gave up.
Today's secret daily - don't even get me started.
Even when you pay for the content - it's still beyond the average player.
Bungie - don't create content only geared for the top 1%.

I agree 100%. I wish majority of the weapons (not all) were RNG or raid specific and not "you have to have this many people and these specific weapons and in this time limit and this and that and $10,000" lol like really it's too much. I don't care if there's 1 or 2 things that take all of that but not majority. Sometimes I just want to do things on my own you know? Lol

Being a part of the 1% is nice but i like to help too. Literally helped a team beat the entire raid yesterday just because i was bored

Just show up and try and you'll get what you want, Forget that. You should be rewarded for managing the hardest of the hard. I know some people were having a problem with the secret daily, sorry about that I really am. All I know is I tried it one time and beat it.. Yes it was hard but it wasn't like omg impossible.

Let's water everything down, have no difficulty and therefore no rewards, and just be entitled for showing up. You probably racked up participation trophies as a kid and thought you were special for it. The only difference between you and those racking up these rewards is effort and time. If you can't do it now, then get to it later on. Bungie always seems to help the stragglers later on. But don't come on here whining.

As an average player at best, I see no reason why there shouldn't be gear/rewards for being really good. Gives me something to shoot for.

If you want the best gear, win. If you want a participation medal, here's some strange coins and blue engrams. Maybe you'll get lucky and get something great anyway. Either way, crying about it isn't gonna solve your problem

Disagree fully with this. About time we had some hard activities to do in Destiny. People are way too quick to bitch and moan when something is too hard in this game. Exactly like what happened with Qodron in PoE. Nothing wrong with that battle at all. People bitched, he got nerfed. Pls stop with posts like this. Just use it as incentive to get better at the game.

I think it's perfectly fair. I wouldn't go as high as the 1% though. With the archetype Bungie are going for (DON'T start that one again people), its common practice for there to be endgame activities that are infuriatingly difficult to complete. With equal rewards for the effort. There will be people who can and people who can't. Those that can't, practice! You run that bitch over and over until there is no response times, only muscle memory remains. If you want the reward that much, put in the effort or ssshhhh ;). [spoiler]Before anyone says anything I missed the Black Spindle, haven't touched Court of Oryx and never finished (or really started) a raid.[/spoiler]

Holy shit. Leave the game then. Please. I couldn't be more please with the addition of skill to the acquisition of gear. That's the way it always should have been. Work on your skills, develop strategies and you can get it

All the content other than the raid is catered for the casuals and the average player... We above average players want something challenging and we should be rewarded with BETTER things than people that can't do it... We earned those weapons and that gear. It wasn't handed to us because we turned on 120 legendary marks. Why can't we have one thing that's hard and get what we deserve out of it??

If you can't play with the big boys then don't complain. Bungie has always had special gear for the top percentage of players, even back in the halo days
