Loot/RNG changed to reward players with items they need and lower the chance of repetitive items
So it's been said before release of TTK that the RNG has been amended to be more rewarding.

Yet from my 6 dropped exotics so far, I got:
4x 4th Horseman
2x Sealed Ahamkara's Grasps

Edit: According to other people commenting it seems a lot of people are experiencing the same issue. It would be nice if someone looked into this. It's really frustrating being excited about new exotic engram just to decrypt it few mins later into the same item you've already got 3 times.
I understand people with 100 engrams will eventually get duplicates but from my first 6 engrams I got 2 exotics? That's just not right

2 AntwortenI feel like they made the engram rewards even more repetetive, myself and a clanmate have recieved Light Beyond Nemisis 6x each, and I have recieved The Impossible Machines 3x. Ive only had 14 exotic engrams.

1 AntwortenI got 10 unique exotics so far out of the 10 that dropped. Probably just very lucky although the one helm I want wasn't one of the ten.

I haven't seen it. Only 1 legendary helm drop yet 7-8 body, gloves, boots, and more cloaks then I can count. 1 out of 20 may be useful as blues to infuse. No shotguns for days. Had to wait for arms day to finally get a legendary special that wasn't a sniper. Only 2 of those. Almost all my blues are between 260-280, and almost all are armor. RNG is apparently working as it did, just extending the grind without really giving much. The only thing that has really helped has been Court. Grinding it eventually nets a 290+, but it gets a little old.

Hit 293 light, usually getting 230 defense rated gear now... Not sure what I'm doing wrong (Yes I have my best great equipped when I turn stuff in)

I have ranked up DO 4 times in 2 days an got a -blam!-ing cape 3 times an 3 fusions. Rng is still repetitive

My friend got a second telesto from nightfall and i got a second invective from nigthfall

6 hawkmoon,4x 4th horseman, invective ,4 new Warlock gloves,3 titan body all same.and 2 claws of ahamkara , it's messed up
