So it seems cheesers are at it again
So, TTK has been out less than a week and the cheesers have already found a way to farm exotics with the Three of Coins

Because some dumbass complained about that calling it cheesing. Look here: there is a fine line between "cheesing" and exploiting a perk/item. Cheesing is now generally doing something not meant to be done in order to beat something or finish a certain objective. Exploiting is generally when you technically use a perk/item the way it's supposed to, but use it to an excessive amount or extent to gain an advantage of sorts. If you cannot see the difference, that is on you. I have seen your replies to comments about people offering their opinion so before u reply in an unconstructive response, just re read my comment and think about it it's not that hard. Doubt you'll see my point anyways ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ oh and before you try and call me out on using the ToC exploit: I have not done it. Ever. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

11 AntwortenSo, the situation is this : Player #1 Does a strike playlist, and uses a coin during every strike. He continues to do 50 strikes. He ends up with alot of exotics. Player #2 Snipes Draksis in the head from the entrance / enters the room and shoots him down to a sliver of health and sets up an explosion via rockets/grenades/explosives located in the room, that kills both Draksis, and himself, so he can respawn at the entrance, collect the exotic engram and repeat. Fact : Both players are using an item Bungie inplemented to their advantage. Player #2 Just wants it done faster. Player #1 sees this, and is enraged that player #2 gets the same rewards, in a fraction og the time he has spent getting the same rewards, proceeds to go to the Bungie forums, and raise the "Cheese alarm" in an effort to ruin everyone's fun. This is why we can't have nice things.

I'm not even going to be able to use this exploit much because I only had like 30 Strange Coins, so the people exploiting it are the peolel with excessive Strange Coins anyways; let them have their grinded rewards.

I ran 5 strikes and got 1 exotic I did do the rocket cheese a few times and got 1 exotic. I farmed the ogre ultra in the worms rune event at the beginning of the dreadnought patrol a few times and got 1 exotic. I'm trying not to abuse this so I have things to work towards in the future but I do agree this needs to be patched its just too easy. Maybe make it an extra 10%chance at raid and poe bosses only.Otherwise we'll just hear how everyone is out of content in a few weeks because they cheesed all the exotics. But to each their own I guess.

They are aware that the drop rates are too damn high, but for now this works in your favor. You earned those coins. Have fun spending them. The Nine may be delighted that you're blowing them all now. - Cozmo When Bungie says that they're working as intended and gives us their blessings, you really don't have an argument to call it a "cheese". Yes, they think the drop rate is too high, but that is how the design team made it, and it was an oversight by them. So....not a cheese. Keep on crying, kid
