Boy did bungie just shit on a whole lot of people.
ToO unavailable entirely without TTK. Even though we already paid for it with the HoW DLC.
Nightfalls, dailies, and heroics now unavailable without TTK. Which we originally purchased by buying Destiny at launch.
Several other things.
So, bungie said, "buy the expansion or we will remove access to multiple things you've already purchased."
Hot damn, can't wait for more threads coming out later on this topic.
Throwing in some edits for the hell of it:
-basically beta tested year one just so they could get our feedback and make the game resemble something that should have been at launch, but guess what, you have to pay $40 to play a game that the community basically fixed.
-if you haven't/don't buy TTK, you basically only have a demo left to play. Everything that was in the Vanilla version, TDB, and HoW pretty much all had to be repurchased to access again. (Fućking REALLY ?)
Ran out of enough fućks to give to add more points. :/ I'll leave that to Maphisto and/or Sols.

BungleVision blocking the previous expansions that are already paid for, unless you buy TTK ( They won't work as standalone DLC) This is just a blatant way of stopping people selling on the duplicate codes for some recompense for content they already owned and paid for twice!

8 AntwortenAlready got one in the works~ Also, just to point out on top of it, Strike Playlist difficulty only goes up to Level 20 and you can now only play missions on "Normal/Easy" unless you get TTK. All higher difficulties with Heroic Modifier have been completely removed and locked off to players. And for the record? The new armor and weapons SUCK... [b]Called it.[/b]

I planned on buy TTK eventually, but now I might not buy it at all. I don't want to support this. There's no reason for me to play Destiny anymore unless I have TTK.

Actually, its even if you buy the expansion "we will remove access to multiple things you've already purchased", and from what I can see, there's not enough content in the expansion to make up for what's been removed - particularly the middle levels on all the missions, all the levels and categories of strikes, Eris bounties, Queen's bounties - the list goes on. Figure I will be done by end of week, (except the raid, from which I am again excluded as there is no matchmaking), and then there's nothing more to do but go play Witcher 3, where there's still loads and loads to do and it doesn't feel like a grind.

People have been requesting refunds and having some success I think you all have a good point and should not be excluded from content you have purchased
