Radiance is Broken!!
Radiance is mainly used in ToO and pve. Not used too much in crucible. Why make the super itself worse than it is? The cooldown of your grenades is half of what it used to be before the patch. The whole point of radiance is to spam grenades!

Not used in crucible? It's used a shitton in crucible, I'd call it on par with Bladedancer at least. Shits ridiculously when used properly, far too many people just don't know how to run Sunsinger and try shit like self-res. Hell, just using a shotgun/melee with Radiant Skin can wipe an entire enemy team.
