EDIT: you get it out of leveling up with Petra venj if that's the name of the chick in the reef after you level up it should be in the packages EDIT: Someone replied back to me saying that his disappointed that the cloak he has which is the "cloak of the sixth reign" is now being dropped his getting bashed for expressing his opinion, all his saying is that he had something to show that he was a day 1 player and was there for the game when it released, don't get me wrong I don't have the original one but I can understand what his trying to say, also if you don't understand that think about this. What if they started dropping the beta tester emblems? How would that make you feel? I'm pretty sure it will make you feel shitty.
