CLOAK OF THE SIXTH REIGN DROPPING?!

My friend got a cloak of the sixth reign to drop for him somehow it also had the taken king sign on it
Anyone know how to get it or did you get it?
EDIT: you get it out of leveling up with Petra venj if that's the name of the chick in the reef after you level up it should be in the packages
EDIT: Someone replied back to me saying that his disappointed that the cloak he has which is the "cloak of the sixth reign" is now being dropped his getting bashed for expressing his opinion, all his saying is that he had something to show that he was a day 1 player and was there for the game when it released, don't get me wrong I don't have the original one but I can understand what his trying to say, also if you don't understand that think about this. What if they started dropping the beta tester emblems? How would that make you feel? I'm pretty sure it will make you feel shitty.

I had it before TTK came out and since the defense on it was so low I dismantled it to make room for new gear. I have the new cloak that came out in TTK. It's from a quest line from Petra Vanj that you complete and she gives it to you as a reward.

I was so proud I'm one of the few still wearing that cloak and now noobs will run around wearing them... Again proves that whatever you have collected in the past year doesn't mean sh!t because Bungie will just make it obtainable for everyone in the next DLC. Also, another proof that Defense stat on class items was a really poor move. I can't wear my Cloak of Sixth Reign now because it's got only 30 defense.

1 AntwortenSomething I would like to point out is that the Queen's Wrath event essentially was recreated into the Petra Venj vendor. Bungie at no point stated the event will never return in any way, shape or form, so complains are invalid. I was a Beta player and grinded the Queens Wrath event but never got any of the exclusive items, so now I'm gonna complain and say it's unfair to me, because according to you merely having participated in the event should have been enough for me to receive the exclusive items. There are 2 perspectives to every story.

3 AntwortenOnce you rank up to 3 or higher you get it. I ranked up to 2 today and didn't get it.

Check the armory. All the Speaker class items have year 2 forms now. Same goes for the QW items. Don't be sad though, it means theres viable year 2 forms of your precious equipment.
