WE don't like the new voice
This voice sounds odd i think that a different voice would be good

New ghost voice is annoying as all hell. Give me a choice to have a female voice, or turn it off completely. It sounds like a squeaker.

It'll just take some getting used to. It's like a seconds wife's egg, they're eggs but they're not "your" eggs.... Yet.

1 Antworten[b]You[/b] don't. But there's plenty of people (myself included) that like and even love Northbot. Or at the very least can acknowledge that it's an improvement over Dinklebot. Personally, I love the new V.O. for our Ghost- he's like an adorable little kid now. You can hear the child-like wonderment in his voice. It's great, and actually brings life to the story and universe that you experience. My favorite line thus far was when I was loading into the Cosmodrome on Patrol, and instead of the drab one-liners of Dinklebot, Northbot said something along the lines of: "Do you remember the day we escaped this place and went to The City? I'm so glad I found you." with a tone of secure contentment in his words, as if he'd finally found his home. (Which if you read the lore of the new quests, the little guy's been wandering the Cosmodrome for years in search of a Guardian.) I just wanted to cuddle the adorable little thing when he said that, as it reminded me of something an orphan child or lost pet might say after finally finding a loving home. And that was a line from flipping [u]patrol[/u]! Not even a story mission or cutscene! Dinklebot never [i]EVER[/i] elicited such emotion with any line he spoke, in any part of the game. No, rather, 99% of Dinklebot's lines were delivered as if he didn't care, and didn't want to be there. His delivery completely killed the mood of [i]everything[/i] that one did with him, because if a constant companion doesn't care to be there with you, and makes it known by their tone and attitude, they'll bring the whole group down. It's like going to an event or on a trip with a moody teenager that doesn't wanna be there, and wants to make sure that [i]everyone around them knows that they would rather be someplace else.[/i] Now wether that's the fault of Peter or his voice director, I don't know. But regardless, his delivery was dry and bland, and made the universe in which he lived feel dry and bland. (That's all my opinion, though. And you're entitled to your own, of course, but don't go lumping everyone in with you.)

This one does sound a little odd at times but I think it's mainly because we're comparing it to dinklebots voice and that's the one we've come to know and love (perhaps) and meanwhile yes some lines do sound a little phoned in or not as good as we were expecting but there are still a good few of the re recorded lines that are better now and there's of course going to be a ton of new lines from ghost throughout the new story missions and quests so after all this, my point is that even if we don't entirely like or even dislike the new voice, I think we should just give it some time and see what happens

I don't like it either. Doesn't fit the theme of the game honestly. It's supposed to be dark and full of evil and nolans ghost sounds too upbeat and innocent

I like a lot of Nolan North's voices, but this one just sounds weird and I am not a fan
