What ship would win in your opinion

Why is Oryx in this fight including the Spartans it is just the ships

3 AntwortenThe only people that think anything in the Destiny universe can match Halo are likely Playstation fanboys.

2 AntwortenAll the halo universe would need to do is land master chief on the dreadnought
-
We're he alive, Keyes would find a way

9 AntwortenBefore Queen's death *Portal comes out* Uldren: Huh... *UNSC infinity Crashes Dreadnaught, Halo 4 Spartan Ops style* R.I.P Oryx UNSC infinity wins
-
I'm inclined to say Dreadnaught. Purely because of the size. I was rooting for the Infinity, as in some cases we've already seen a UNSC fleet simply ram through Covenant fleets through brute force. However the Dreadnaught is a lot bigger. And while both have a chargeable beam that can destroy entire planets, we have no idea what the Dreadnaught is made of. Taking it's pre-Destiny time of course, where we haven't disabled the cannons of course. After the TTK saga, Infinity wins. Because be honest. The Dreadnaught lost it's leader, it's cannons and pretty much all functions. Just keep hammering and nuking the ship till it breaks in pieces.

Ballistic weaponry is a tad bit primitive compared to the reality bending weapons the Hive have. Also, the Dreadnought is literally more than a hundred times larger than the Infinity.

A race of undying invincible ghost super soldiers with leftover tech from a golden age that at best, was what the halo universe was heading towards (a golden age). While the forerunner are the closest halo ever got to extra dimensional entities, the minions of darkness made the solar systems best defense AI to sac all of humanity and destroy the traveler to force it to create ghosts that would continually revive dead humans/exos. Not only that but in destinys golden age, humans just terraformed the nearby inhospitable planets. In halo, the travel all over the galaxy and use earth like planets. The destiny universe is on a whole different level of sci fi tech that is hard to compare with halo. But, if they gave the halo "engineers" some destiny tech, and waited it out, there could be a chance for the Infinity to win. But outright, the infinity would basically have to utilize the exact same strategy that we (guardians) used to take down the dreadnought, and if it comes to that, guardians have the advantage of respawning/potential limitless experience. And Spartans, well, they're Spartans. It would be close, but guardians would win. So if it was a pissing match, dreadnought, if it was a realistic "smart" engagement by the unsc, it could easily swing their way with enough stealth teched, super solider ship boarding experience a la spartan boarding party. But my sci-fi nerd instinct still says dreadnought would beat infinity.

Infinity could launch 10000 anti ship missiles at the same time and literally wipe it off the map. No contest.

Halo fan here. Dreadnought.

The hive destroyed the fore runners before the dreadnought was even a thought. I doubt the infinity would had a chance

2 AntwortenSerenity. No power in the 'verse can stop it.

Dreadnought

1 AntwortenWhat was that? I Couldnt hear you over the sound of my Necron World Engine blowing up planets

Master Chief

3 AntwortenDreadnaught, simply because it's so damn big. Infinity is a large ship in her own right, but the Dreadnaught is hilariously larger. No weapons aboard the Infinity could cause significant damage. Dreadnaught vs Mantle's Approach is an engagement I'd like to see.

This has got to be some kind of joke, right?
-
3 AntwortenWarhammer40k would still beat both of them.
-
1 AntwortenOr Cathedral Terra?

5 AntwortenDreadnaught. They'd throw Golgoroth at Infinity and watch them struggle with raid mechanics.

11 AntwortenA better question is what would happen if the flood was taken?! o_0

3 AntwortenThe Harbingers, some of the most destructive weapons ever used in space combat, couldn't damage the Dreadnaught. The only damage it took was inflicted by crashing another spacecraft into its hull. Its main weapon is literally another universe expanding. UNSC Infinity doesn't stand a chance.
