Exotic Class Items Delivered for 2 of 3 Characters, Update 2.0
UPDATE: Bungie has acknowledged this issue and is investigating. BNGHelp5 indicates they will respond to this post as information is available. URL above links to their reply.
I logged on with all 3 of my characters after the 2.0 patch. Each character received an emote and shader, but my Titan and Warlock each received an exotic class item, while my Hunter did not. Is this in error? There was an inventory slot open upon login, and no lost items appear in my Postmaster after redeeming the Hunter-specific package. EDIT: Per many of the comments below, my Hunter package was delivered to my Titan, which sounds symptomatic of this error.
Any help or clarification is appreciated.

To fix this issue, players are now losing access to the Exotic items that were granted early. These items will not be lost, and will be accessible when Destiny: The Taken King launches on 9/15/15. We apologize for this inconvenience. *UPDATE - For those inquiring about the Suros Weapons, Shader, and Emblem - All qualifying players will receive these items on 9/15/15. I only got one exotic class item and no emotes with my collectors addition.

I was able to resolve this, everything appeared in the different kiosks.. After having this issue for a month I managed to get a fix... well rather a 3/4 fix. While I still only "received" one, I have access to all three. The class items will only show on the Class for the specific exotic in the blueprints. You will just need to dismantle the one or two you received for the exotic shard and purchase it on the new character. [b][u]This only became available after clearing the system cache and restoring licenses to the PS4[/u][/b]

I only received my packages for my titan and warlock. I still havent gotten anything for my hunter. PLEASE!!!! I WANT MY EXOTIC CLOAK FOR MY HUNTER!!!!

They should just remove the vendor cost in the Exotic Armor kiosk for those with the collector's edition or just give all of the promo items to a single character and let people bank them.

Yeah this happened to me too...I don't know how to contact Bungie to get it resolved as my Hunter is currently 25 and I don't want to remake him. Is the forum the only customer support avenue?

Im very mad as i paid 100$ specifically for them and i have yet to recieve my exotic class item for my hunter... Get back to me with info and fix this now, how unprofessional

I'm really getting pissed, first half my redbull codes and now this. And im not sure how to get in touch with bungie to get this fixed.. This is all I can do :(

1 AntwortenI still have not received any of my class items or emotes. I got a shader and emblem. It says I have collectors edition, why not the fear it's supposed to come with? This is frustrating to track down all these items we were supposed to get, but didn't get all together or only on a specific character and not another. This is not what we paid for. I can get frustrated doing the dishes or my sons math homework. I don't have to shell out 20 extra $$ for it.

3 AntwortenI'm experiencing the same problem after downloading the TTK on launch day. My primary Titan and my Warlock received the collector's edition items OK but my secondary Titan didn't receive a thing. He also failed to receive any reward packages when faction and vanguard rep ticked over to a new level. I've stopped playing with him for now.
