1) From the Xbox One home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings.)
2) From there, enter the Primary DNS as "8.8.8.8" and the Secondary DNS as "8.8.4.4"
Really sped mine up. Hope this helps!

Really sped up my Mbits/s by pausing the download and resuming, I was hovering in the 8 to 12 range now I'm 16 to 30

After 4 1/2 hours, I was at 35%...then an error occurred....tried again, got to 20%...now it says it's going to take 124,209 minutes to download. Wtf

I'm at 93% but I don't have any expectation of playing tonight. If it finishes in the next few hours I'd love to try it out but I don't want to get my hopes up

Changed my DNS and have had [i]some[/i] improvement. My d/u is 80/10 and the patch is chugging along at 20-30 mb/s. Not bad I suppose.
