... I'm just wondering why the Mercy Rule isn't just 10k... Like, Bungie went out of their way to hide exactly when the game is called, so could someone clarify? To me a 10k deficit is something you can't overcome with enough regularity that putting people in that situation is pointless. It would be better if after 15k total points are scored that game is locked from join in progress since in things like Iron Banner I end up stupidly matched into an 18k to 5k game every 3 games if I'm alone.

3 AntwortenIf the game had half way decent matchmaking they wouldn't need a mercy rule. Lazy way of attempting to mask the real problem.

3 AntwortenIt can get pretty frustrating for both side. When you're crushing them it doesn't feel very satisfying. When it's a blowout against you it can leave you feeling pretty deflated. Kinda on the fence about this one.
