Absolutely agree. The problem isn't the weapons or gear; it's the lack of creativity of the content and the insistence on bullshit mechanics that are designed to over complicate or completely shut down a team during what could otherwise be a much more fun and enjoyable experience with just a dash of thought of the players and their abilities in mind when designing new content.
