Not only do he respond to a post that's been taken down twice before, but he had genuine concern and he even said he talked to the dev team.
... He isn't a community manager:He is a fake!(since usually they give us no info or responses)
But seriously, I'd like to personally thank Cozmo for giving a reasonable and well made response
My opinion:I didn't really care that guns were being left behind, it's what all mmo's do. But that even in a controversial and down voted to hell thread, he still responded for once.

As far as i'm concerned I don't care about weapons all that much. But my armor on the other hand. My biggest problem with year one destiny was everybody looked the same but when HoW dropped people began to use different armor in combination so everyone started to look different. So really all I want is for our armor to stay around but they can leave the gun in the dust for all I care.

I hope Gjallarhorn gets left behind. I'm so sick of it being the only weapon people allow into raids. Maybe I wanna -blam!-ing use something else.

50 AntwortenHonestly people, do you think the devs were somehow unaware of how the community would feel about leaving some Year One gear behind? Do you think they didn't anticipate a vocal reaction from the community? Cosmo and/or DeeJ didn't tell the devs anything they didn't already know. Look, I have my own feelings about gear being left behind, but it's irrelevant. When a kid at McDonald's throws a temper tantrum because Mom and Dad won't order him a large order of fries, his parents definitely hear him, they probably even saw it coming, but that doesn't mean the kid gets his large fries.

I don't care if we leave stuff behind. But make the new stuff better! More desirable perk wise and dmg wise! Which they haven't been able to do since VOG weapons were the best! And gally. Shoot just resin and name fatbringer/necro in yr two and no one will complain about bringing yr one to yr 2. Since they can't come up with anything better than vog.
