Where do I report cheaters?
Posted this to Reddit the other day and they directed me here since they believe there is no witch-hunting policy. Basically I played these dudes in Trials the other day and for the first time out of my 500 Trials games, we were ddos'd or lag switched, or something. I'm not mad about it or anything, as I could really care less about that seeing as we didn't get a loss, but I do want to prevent these turds from playing PvP ever again. Maybe even Destiny all together. If there is no rule about witch-hunting, I'll post links to their DestinyTracker pages. It's blatantly obvious that they are cheating as they have over 100 games played with less than 50 kills. KDs of 0.5 and win rates of over 75%. Most of the games they've won are with 0 points or 1 point. Anyways, I was wondering where I can report these players since there is no option for network tampering from Sony and I never actually had a chance to report them in game since we were never in lobby with them after the fact.

Reporting with the in game tools is bs though and from my experience isn't always looked at. I received an email after my last report thanking me for my help (action has been taken) and checked the people involved and nothing has happened. My case - mtu/lag switch, 2 invincible enemies constantly reviving a third who we kept killing, every round they won by capturing the control point at which point they started doing damage to us with grenades and supers. Both of the people I reported played 7 games went flawless and didn't die in any of their games (30kd and 40kd) their standard kd's are below average. Something is wrong with that picture. Lol

It's best to immediately report them during the match to ensure you get the report filed. When you believe someone is cheating the only thing you can do is use the in-game [b][url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12960]Report Player Function[/url][/b]. Or, report them in your native Xbox or Playstation reporting system.

Hello, When you believe someone is cheating the best thing you can do is use the in-game Report Player function: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12960 Bungie takes cheating seriously. As mentioned in weekly updates, they have landed the banhammer on many players guilty of network manipulation. If you have been booted, use the Xbox/PlayStation report functions. (Though you should always also use these)
