Yeah I know of the TTK update in which this is adressed, but it won't prevent people from going afk as nobody knows if these players will be teleported into battle or at the sideline. In any case it won't have an immediate effect on people to stop going AFK. Banning is a solution, but it won't instantly resolve the problem and it requires multiple reports from multiple players to have Bungie's attention.
