For the "Earned it" Gjallarhorn Dummies

To all you Self Centered, Egotistical, Jerks. Do you guys seriously think that up until today, people who haven't been able to obtain a gjallarhorn is because they didn't "work" for it and that if they bought it from Xur then they didn't "Earn it"? Are you serious? I know players with twice the amount of hours played as many of you who have not been 'LUCKY' enough to get the Gjallarhorn because of Destiny's RNG system. It's pathetic that people are really out there like you guys that think that they somehow "Earned" their Gjallarhorn. Get a grip! You're not special because you didn't have to buy it. Just LUCKY. Don't forget that!

I earned the three that I have - all from the exotic chest in the vault of glass no less after playing for 7 months (1000+hrs.) they dropped within a few weeks - and since then my first week coming back a few weeks ago, I got another Gjally in the first nightfall I did and another from a legendary engram. Point I'm trying to make, besides the craziness of RNG, is that it's one of those weapons I think everybody deserves to have and at least try out before the nerf. It could be argued that the excitement from getting it when it dropped live as opposed to buying it from Xur is substantially different, but nevertheless that person is probably still hyped. I'll never get the "I worked for that" argument either when it comes to people that buy stuff as opposed to when others get it dropped live... If you have enough strange coins to buy the weapon, in my opinion you did indeed work for that weapon... you have to play the game to get strange coins in the first place. Weapons and collecting are at the core of this game, and people should be excited for one another when they get that cool weapon and get to experience it for themselves. Same could be said for any weapon or any armor piece in the game... Well, except for No Land Beyond and a few others lol

2 AntwortenI "earned" mine by leveling up the cryptarch and getting a legendary heavy weapon engram. There is no EARNING in destiny. Even the developers refer to the system as RNG which means RANDOM NUMBERS GENERATOR. There is no earning in destiny it is all dumb luck. Try hards burn in hell.

I got my 6th Gjallahorn yesterday and i didn't boaght any from Mr. Xur. Its about luck not "Hard work" like theres been times where i join crota -dead singer- and with 0 kills i get red death, universal remote, ice breaker, etc. My point is that there is no "earning" its all about "Luck", idk why people complain about it and make it a big deal lol they are just "Butt Burn"
