I think maybe if you have been inactive for a certain amount of time, the other members should then get a prompt to kick them if they want to. I'm thinking maybe 5 min inactive, it's easy to run to the bathroom and be back in that time unless your doing #2 then you should be in orbit anyways if your going to leave for that.
