I don't think a ban is reasonable, but I think the automatic return to orbit should have more strict enforcement. For example... A timer starts when you are outside of a certain range of your teammates that boots you after 3-5 min. If you had to take a call or do something, no big deal, no punishment, just start another strike. But you couldn't abuse the system that way.
