How to fix: Can't move to the area unless full Fireteam is there. Are you first and the others behind? Your fault, you ran ahead instead of assisting. Worried you'll be waiting forever? Not with a 1 minute timer for movement or 3 minutes of same press held. Fixed. Does this still suck for you? Find a Fireteam to do it with, or put up. Can't have it both ways.
