I have no issue if you want to take a minute to adjust your loadout or take a consumable but don't just sit there. It's soooooo annoying, especially on a strike you know will be a PITA with only two. I think the kick timer should be decreased to 60 seconds of inactivity if two people from the fireteam report someone for inactivity/unhelpful through the report feature. There, I didn't whine about it. I offered a solution and one that's totally feasible and workable.
