I'm kind of divided on this. No because I don't want all the noobs to get instant access to weapons vets had to work for. What about Trials (Adept) weapons which were so hard to get, and then noobs were able to get them for free? Yes because I've heard some vets who haven't gotten a gally or something with 1500h play.
