Worst raid experience you've had
What was your worst experience mine consisted of a level 24 host and a lot of ragers.

4 AntwortenBearbeitet von Six: 8/10/2015 8:50:05 PMQodron 34, first week it was out. I was only 33, got to the final round with two other 33s after about two hours, but we couldn't finish it. So they leave and I get two 34s from lfg to help out. We tried for about 4 hours just on Qodron trying the gally method (we would just sit and wait for synths to be ready, which would be about 15 minutes or so). We FINALLY beat him but we all die. I was using a Sunsinger with revive but I was so exhausted (by this time its 6:00am, been playing since around 12 midnight just on poe 34) that by the time I realize I can revive the timer gets to 0 and we're done. They were cool as hell about it though, so instead of wasting more of their time I just handed over the fire team to them and let them get another 34 to get it done quickly. I did get my revenge on him next time he was 34 though, so its all good.

1 AntwortenI got into a Crota CP on hard filled with British squeakers that were all friends. I was the only one with a Gally and when Crota didn't go down a couple times and killed the SB because everyone (except me) was missing, they blamed me and kicked me. They tried to invite me back later after I had used their cp with another team and beat Crota first try, but I replied with a witty comment about the American Revolution.

1 AntwortenWas playing with a guy and his son and his group on LFG and they were playing off different TVs in the same room. We had just gotten past the Gorgons when I heard "Did you shit yourself?" Needless to say everyone was quiet for 3 seconds, then we started laughing like wild hyenas. The kid was crying and I never finished the raid with them because I couldn't stop laughing.

My friend and I were playing with some squeakers (age 8-9) on Croat hard raid and were attempting the bridge but couldn't because they all kept trying to cheese it by jumping across. Long story short 2 hours of my time was sitting there waiting while they kept trying to cheese it instead of playing it legit.

Oh man. Everyone else was new except for me and him, which isn't a problem as I don't mind helping others, but these guys sounded like 8 year olds and every time we told them not to step out until everyone's ready or don't kill that knight so we can get orbs....someone always stepped out or always kept shooting the Knights before we could make orbs. I'm surprised we got to the end boss. Took 4.5-5 hours to beat. Was horrible. Also getting kicked because I didn't have a Gjallahorn is even worse, which has happened twice. Yeah. These Gjallahorn elitists are really the who's getting the rocket launcher nerfed. They're the worst Destiny players of them all

1 AntwortenNot the worst but pretty funny...doing HM Vog with a friend and group of randoms off lfg. They said they knew what was up but we were constantly explaining to them what to do. It wasn't that bad because we don't mind helping new players out but they insisted that they knew what was up. So we get to Atheon (finally) and we get teleported to Venus. I grab relic and I hear one guy explain WTF ! How do I get out of here! and he b-lines for the portal... runs out without killing any oracles leaving us there. I'm saying dude come back in here! And he's like, I can't see!!! Roflwipe

1 AntwortenFirst crota run. I was one of two 31's on a team of people ranging from 28's to 30's. Obviously victory was never gonna be easy. But we got to Crota. Problem was, I didn't have an Icebreaker to clear boomers, and I didn't have a Gjallarhorn to down Crota. So they insisted I run sword. Fair enough. But I'm pretty bad at it because I've never done it before, so it's a learning experience. People are yelling, arguing, watching tutorials, blaming me. So I quit. First time in my history of gaming that I left a co-op experience willingly. And I'd do it again a hundred times over, despite not getting a Crota clear until months later.

It was also my 1st time in the raid) So, we summoned Crota and while my friends cleared the enemies and went outside, I sat tight on the top left ledge to avoid damage. So, we made it to when Crota moves either left or right. He went left. And glitched. REALLY BAD. As he moved he picked off my fireteam. And he glitched INTO THE CRYSTAL ROOM. I suspected it was a glitch but was unlike any I'd seen before. I couldn't do damage so I sat there scared. Crota smashed from the other side of the crystal and killed me. I left after that. Also, I forgot to mention I hadn't been in the fireteam's party so I couldn't ask of this was normal. This was also my 1st ever raid. Fun!

2 AntwortenYesterday I joined some guys for Poe 34. We are on the final boss. We finally defeated the boss and two of us die (one of which was me). The guy who still was alive left us in there forgetting to revive both of us. The other guy who was dead with agreed to leave and join back. We couldn't. Major face palm.

2 AntwortenA full fireteam of squeekers who boasted about beating VoG millions and millions of times. They had an Atheon checkpoint so I stayed and endured hoping for a quick finish. We get teleported and I pick up the relic and go to dispatch the stuff at the bottom and they start shooting at the hobgoblins on mars. After I killed them they asked how we got out of here?! I asked why they weren't killing the oracles and they asked what oracles were. I just took a moment to compose myself and leave the fireteam

1 AntwortenThe day VoG released I played for 9 straight hours until the leader went white supremacist on the one black guy we had. Only one team had beaten the Templar as we were trying to figure out how to kill him. Could have been one of the first few but couldn't do it due to nonsense.

3 AntwortenRight before the jump on top of the door cheese for the bridge got patched. I was doing crota and this guy was barking orders during abyss. And he got angry after we wiped even though he died early. We get to the bridge the party leader says we will do the cheese. The guy starts barking and the rest of the group."what are you guys going to do when the patch this cheese". So we start doing it legit. We wipe a few times he starts yelling that we stink. We finally complete it and move onto death singer. We get their guys starts being a jerk we finish it. We start and starts barking again because we weren't doing it the way he did,which wasn't the most popular method at the time. After that my bro lost it we started yelling at him. telling him and his friend to shut up and quit acting like all that because he wasn't that good and left.

7 AntwortenIn my second Hard VoG, An IRL friend sent me an invite. I joined. I didn't realize I -blam!-ed up. There were six people, three were latin americans and the other three were americans. Me, my friend and a random were the LA, but there was a problem, only I knew how to speak english..... It was not fun traducing for 2 hours

6 AntwortenThis was back in vanilla destiny. I was just in the tower minding my own business when I got a invite to join a fireteam, of course I joined being the young guardian I was. When I joined the fireteam I realized they where all lvl 28-30, which was really high at the time especially because I was only lvl 24 not only that but they where Scottish so I could barely understand a word they said. They now started the raid which was obviously my first time, they quickly noticed this and ridiculed me the whole time. I was a fast learner though so I quickly understood what I had to do, this made them angry I guess because I was getting ore kills then they where so each time I died they'd make a huge deal about it. We finally made it to Athlon after about two hours( remember no one was that good at the raid back then) so we end up wiping twice and they blame it on me because I was a low lvl and end up kicking me. That was my first raid.

1 AntwortenIt was post TDB and I decided to be nice and help some squeaker randoms from the tower out with normal VoG, along with some other randoms who I assume were experienced. The squeakers were stuck at the templar and kept insisting that we push it off when it was already patched. Eventually all the people who knew better left

Worst experience was Qodron 34 first week it was out. The eye kept not appearing when it was needed. 56 wipes.
