Wtf is up with people sweating their balls off in normal crucible??
Every game I go into today it's 3 thorns and 3 last words on the other team, blink shotguns, arcbolt+firebolts, just in normal control. I get Xur selling tlw contributes and hand cannon bounty today but it takes 1 game to get 15 hand cannon kills like why is literally EVERYONE using crutch weapons. Can't wait for the weapon balance patch.
Edit: Over 200 replies already lol a lot of people in the same realm of frustration.

Refreshing to know that the majority of the replies were in agreement. Can't wait for more variety. It'll be a pleasure going up against all you guardians. ill still play pvp till 2.0 and ill still dominate and be at the top of the leaderboards each game with underpowered weapons, and when the time comes to actually put the try hard pants on in trials ill still go flawless.

5 AntwortenSo I will admit that I am a Red Death/Party Crasher/Radegast's Fury scrub. Check out my crucible stats and you'll see why [spoiler]I suck at PvP[/spoiler]. However, I decided that I wanted to buy The Last Word from Xur and use it in the crucible because it seemed really fun. I also equipped my Praetorian Foil (it needed to be upgraded) and upgrade one of my BTRD's. It was WAY out of my comfort zone but when I wasn't frustrated as hell because I was outgunned half of the time, I had a lot of fun. Especially since I was on my Warlock when I main a Titan. I managed to go positive about half of the time and the other half I had about a .5 K/D ratio. I may actually convert over to a fusion rifle if I continue to enjoy -blam!- people at a range just over shotguns... lol I have noticed a severe decline in their use lately.

I feel that the range on the Thorn was stealth nerfed. It's under performing lately.

I don't get it. If the other team wins, they're a bunch of sweaty tryhards who use crutches to win. If they lose, they're just a bunch of casual noobs who can't even win with those crutches.

Still waiting for custom games to fix this because I doubt their new weapon balance patch is going to help any. We might be using different OP weapons when it hits but what's the point if they just make something else OPed? Practice. Go in to regular crucible and practice with the weapons you use for trials. Get better at blink shot gunning or sniping and landing head shots with thorn while jumping. That's why.

1 AntwortenSo you're saying people shouldn't play to win? 1) Get hit by Thorn, whip out your ghost. Adds a defensive element to your game play. 2) TLW is fun to use. Get over it. Personally I'm a Mida guy. 3) Blink is fun to use. Get over it (in assuming you're a Titan). In addition, blink is a great way to navigate the maps quickly. 4) Don't hate the player, hate the game. Hand cannon/shotgun combo is what's working right now. I can recall the same complaints when it was auto rifles/fusion rifles. Destiny is always changing, you'll probably find something to complain about when the next weapon combination surfaces (hopefully Bungie patches it where there is no superior combo).

2 AntwortenThe majority of the community are just finding out how to play crucible. Everyone is gradually getting better because they want to complete a flawless. First it started off with raids being the only thing to get decent end game material but now that trials can give better gear/weapons all the people that stick to raids are now coming over to crucible. Don't look at it like its a bad thing look at it as a way to get better. Keep playing the tryhards and gradually get better at crucible yourself rather than coming on the forums and bitching about it.
