Hey people of Destiny.
I have been mulling over whether to get a PSV or 3DS, any help deciding would be fantastic. I currently have a PS4 so was thinking the free games with PS+ would make it a good investment. Plus, I could also use the remote play when the gf wants to watch TV or whatever. On the flip side, I do like the Mario games. The 3DS maybe offers games that are more fun to play on a handheld? Any help would be awesome :)

2 AntwortenConsidering I forgot the vita even existed for most of the past few years, 3ds.

The 3DS has way better games, and way more, most of the games that are good for vita are on regular console, so the vita isnt really necessary. I personally havent liked any sony handhelds since the PSP.

6 AntwortenHmmm Uncharted GA Killzone M Little Big Planet Borderlands Unit 13 Gravity Rush Tearaway Resistance vs A plumber No contest, plumbing is not difficult so get a Vita

1 AntwortenWhy would you buy any of those?

3ds 100% of the time. Only reason I bought a vita was for portable disgaea 4 and toukiden. Oh and a few Psone games I still play. Other than that 3ds is almost all my gaming. Consoles included.

Get a vita for the cross play and free games
-
I heard you can stream ps4 games to your vita on the go? This would be the main point in getting a vita over getting a 3ds. Unless you REALLY can't wait to get home to play or you don't have time, 3ds is miles better than the vita.

1 Antworten3DS, it has better exclusives and it actually feels like a handheld console as the games are designed to be handheld games. Sony views the Vita as dead hardware and probably won't support it anymore then they already are. Not to mention even as a handheld fan whenever I play Vita games I feel like I'm playing a scaled down version of the console game. If you're someone who already owns the Sony exclusives on PS3/PS4 then don't bother with the Vita.

1 AntwortenBearbeitet von banj0: 8/1/2015 8:32:25 AMWhile the Vita is a really nice portable console, unless you like the odd indie game and a boatload of esoteric JRPGs, the 3DS is kind of a no-brainier. That being said, I would still try to get a used Vita after you've gotten a 3DS - it's definitely still worth your time.

3DS for me Vita is close because of streaming PlayStation games on there

1 AntwortenDon't get either one.

Bearbeitet von Reign of Bane: 7/31/2015 11:35:38 PM3DS has better games imo it's Nintendo's forte. They own the handheld market if not anything else. Obliviously PSP is technologically superior to a 3DS and has some really good games, I liked watching movies on mine plus listening to music but gaming wise the 3DS was played more by me. Edit: Oh the vita still Nintendo wins out Vita was rubbish compared to PSP and 3DS.

The 3DS. The Vita has triple A games, but they don't work well on it.

since you already have PS4 get a PSV it'll add more features and has some fun games 3DS on the other hand, it's Nintendo so a lot of good exclusives depending on what you like

1 AntwortenPSV since you have a PS4. 3DS is great though, best handheld on the market. Great Nintendo and other handheld games like Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate which is challenging, or RPG's like Fire Emblem and Pokemon where you can play for hours on end. Games are like around 40 and under, but you can find some sales on the 3DS reddit. But again, you have a PS4, likely an account with PS plus, and the PSV has alot of cool RPG's games, it has borderlands 2 as well so I would say get that (should be like 200 for the console and the game vs a New 3DS is just a console without a charger or title).
