Lighthouse rewards: is it worth it?
Is the 9 wins against sweaty tryhards in a row worth the elemental primary and the slight chance of an exotic? You can just buy the weapons from Vance with no element, and I don't think the element is worth it.

Yes. The armor looks great and a few of the weapons are pretty good but it is the most fun I've had playing this game

1 AntwortenAbsolutely not. I thought you would receive a full set of Exile armor at the end, not a stupid elemental primary. IMHO a complete buzzkill. (Unless you get an exotic you want from the chest).

Um thats why we do trials because they're worth it.

Depends on how you look at it. To me not really all the weapons have something similar to it plus they sell everything. It's fun to do though.

You only need to get 7-1 with the buffs which is pretty lenient. If you're having a hard time, try it on Monday nights as usually that's when the desperate players are on. I am still constantly looking for better armor rolls and the shader that never drops. I pretty much have everything I need from the chest except for a void Jewel or messenger. Also the extra etheric light helps since I hardly ever run PoE.

1 AntwortenWell seeing as my void primary for a NF is the void messenger, whereas some are stuck with a WoC/AE.. I think I'll stick with my messenger. The trials weapons are good for pvp, I don't play trials anymore since I have a solar scholar & void messenger but I'll probably hop on in some weeks time to try and get an arc autorifle.

Im not trying to get to the lighthouse for the stuff, its just to say I have done it. Part of me is not looking forward to doing it for the first time as i doubt i will play much trials after.

4 AntwortenIt currently gives the best armour in the game, some of the best weapons, and a ton of e.light. Plus it's fun as hell, so yeah, it's worth it.

Messenger is pretty great. Scholar looks sick too.

If you play pve it is. My summoner shits on the abyss defiant. Think of trials as a raid if you loose just wipe (start a new card). Definitely worth it though not just for the adept weapon. But for thrill of shutting down a self res with a nova bomb as your final kill =]

1 AntwortenOnly thing I would like is the Scholar just because I need a void primary still, but that's it. I already have guns with equivalent stats and primaries with the other elements. My Aries Nemesis X4 is just as good as The Scholar, and my Super Pox VLO is just as good as The Messenger. Both of which are vanilla weapons.

I only care about the Grimoire at this point. Need one trip to Lighthouse to get the last two obtainable cards I need, and 55 Rumble wins to max it out.

They're PvP weapons. If you want primed for PvP weapons go for it. Otherwise, they're not much worth in PvE unless you get a void roll primary.
