Is the 9 wins against sweaty tryhards in a row worth the elemental primary and the slight chance of an exotic? You can just buy the weapons from Vance with no element, and I don't think the element is worth it.

Unless there's going to be an arc auto rifle in TTK, I'm working my ass off for an adept sunmoner
-
I used to get really annoyed with myself for not having any elemental primaries but now it doesn't bother me as I only have a hour or two a day to play destiny and it's usually a quick blast on crucible.

I'd say want to get the messenger for pvp. Then again 7 wins can get you one too, because elements don't matter in pvp.

2 AntwortenIt's more fun and rewarding than PoE, and truly isn't that difficult if you have some skill.
You can just buy the weapons from Vance with no element, and I don't think the element is worth it.
But, see, people want the elemental damage.

2 AntwortenMy Solar Jewel of Osiris says "yes". It is in fact worth it.

Bearbeitet von yanoebyte: 7/27/2015 6:44:24 PMDefinitely, Solar hand cannon? Why not. Scholar Void? Why not. Not a necessity but sure hell is good
-
Honestly just getting 8 wins is enough because that's 2 etheric lights.
-
I don't think the rewards are worth it but trials as a whole is good fun.
-
I got a void scholar from my one flawless run. Having a void scout rifle for void burn is better than either WoC or AE so yes, it was worth it.
-
I got my gjallarhorn from it on friday so yeah cheers
-
In the long run no there more pvp based weapons and elemental damage doesnt matter

2 AntwortenThe elemental primarys are great for shielded enemies in pve, and the kinetic primarys are great for pvp and non shielded enemies in pve. It's just about what's important to you.

Trials is awesome because it's the same competitiveness that made halo 2 and 3 awesome.. Where losses were a setback and each game you have it your best to try to level up. In trials, a loss is a huge set back. It makes your heart beat faster and your palms sweat a little bit. That's what I like about competitive gaming.

Not for vets.

2 AntwortenSkolas and ToO rewards are not worth it only took the etheric light, maybe the first 2 weeks was good, but that's it. The gear is just cool, but you can make a better gear and weapons with the etheric light.
-
I'd punch a baby narwhal for a void summoner or messenger
-
The etheric light is nice, but you stock up pretty quick. I'm to the point of upgrading different gloves and chest pieces around hand cannon, pulse rifle, and scout rifle builds. The guns are okay, but I still prefer VoG guns over any of them besides the void versions. The armor has really good perks as well, but you have to be lucky to get different rolls.
-
It's not
-
Not at all I go flawless multiple times every week just because I enjoy playing trials with my friends I have never been pleased with the rewards except from when everyone needed etheric light for that first week it came out lol

47 AntwortenBearbeitet von Soj27: 7/27/2015 1:08:51 PMIs an hour of your time playing video games worth it? That's up to you really.....and to all you nut jobs saying the trials guns suck in PvE, I would like to know what void primary you would plan to use if the situation called for it
-
I have all element for messenger. All for hand cannon and one for scholar. Its not really rewarding anymore once they took the coins from it. Other than that we just do it for fun.
