Why does the Stranger have boobs?
For the stranger, an exo, she has no purpose for having breasts besides, for a lack of a better term, "fan service"... I don't know just something I always questioned.

Like in the movie Alien, humans felt safer with a Humanoid robot that looked, talked, and acted like a human. As with the Stranger, her breast tells us that her makers intended for "it" to act and look female. Does it even matter? She helped us out by sending us to even greater danger.... The stranger can not be trusted...until she unravels her clothes for all you nerds to see 😎

Exos appear to have gender so that humans would feel more comfortable around them. When they first came around during the golden age. Made them more personable. Along with an incredibly intricate AI and lifelike movements they wanted them to be nearly indistinguishable from humans while in armor. So there would be no prejudice over life on the battlefield.
