Should Kids -13 have Phones?
I was walking through Wal-Mart yesterday and happened to see a family, half of which were on their phones. There was a small child with his own phone and another with her own. They both looked about 7-8 and I was in awe as I am 14 and have to wait until my birthday (Aug 19) to get one. Should kids under 13 own a phone?

It's also nice to have it since you are in middle going into highschool and with a phone it'll just make your life a lot easier to call for rides or to inform your parents you're home or something of that sort. But really kids below 13 shouldn't have phones. Yea maybe an iPod or something like that but a phone? Very very unseeded.

13+ definitely 10-12 maybe 9- they don't need a phone.
