To be completely fair, this would only count in PvE. I'm starting to slowly convert over to the PvP side of Destiny, and I realized a lot of things. How broken Thorn can be in the right hands. How good VoC is outside of just being able to wreck in Nightfalls. And along with that, how this change will not affect PvP. It's a damn shame too, because the newer weapons look amazing.
