I think Xur should sell it one more time before the Taken King drops so any Veterans who don't have it and have been grinding for it have a good chance to get it before the new raid comes.

I honestly really hate Xûr because I have been playing 6+ hours every day since that comment. The only rng stuff I have gotten are my forth icebreaker and forth and fifth Dragon's Breath. Plus I got the one/one synesthete from an engram and another one from the night fall 20 minutes later. All the rest was absolute shit.
