Being mean for no reason. People who think more h8 is needed are the real noobs

This 11-12 yr old kid started crying after the last step of the ToM quest line because he didnt get the drop. He didnt know he had to beat the raid again and skipped that part a kept saying his quest was glitches lol. I told him to pick up the quest again and run the mission and the required steps in order and he kept literally crying sayin his was just glitched. Im like no man it isn't. You messed up. He cried a bit more and said "i dont know why im still talking about this(sad voice)" and left the party. Funniest thing ive experience to date in this game. His grimoire score was like 3200 lol.
