Under 3200 grimoire?
You are getting booted. Ghosts are easy to find. They hardly take any time. At this stage you should be at 3100+ easily. I dont even hunt or farm for grimoire so whats your excuse?
It doesnt measure skill but it reflects dedication and versatility.
Seeing the noobs in vog lately with 34s claiming theyre experienced with 2000 grimoire is hilarious.
It certainly does mean something.
Once in a blue moon youll see a low grimoire with great skills. I salute you guys but the rest of ya'll need to start playing more as you suck

Sorry to burst your grimiore bubble but there is a glitch or bug in the system right now over grim scores. I personally had a 3400ish score before creating my second character. Afterward as my grim is now 2500ish (don't remember nor do I care).

Getting ghosts does nothing sure grimoire score goes up but why get them? No one gives a shit about story. Twilight has better story than this carp and I hate twilight. The rest falls under killing stuff and other things. "Ooo you got a 6k+ grimoire score where'd you find all worthless ghosts and what crap grimoire cards did you get that got it that high?" Said no one ever.

I've been playing since October. I have a 2900ish grimoire. I'm also one of the best VOG relic holders you'll ever meet. I don't care about grimoire. And therefore, I am a noob.

This post is dumb af.... That's like me saying you can't be good because you have 1200 hours on destiny compared to my 2300... I personally do not care about peoples grimoire, skill level or gear and will let them join in on raids where this stuff does not matter with a few other good player. The experience you are trying to spread is a negative one and a scumbag thing to do. Just play with everyone despite skill level, grmoire, hours played or other statistics. Enjoy the game, experience all sides of the community and just stay positive.
