Easy small arms so gally and snipers do less than nomal

They don't do less, primaries just do more

No actualy if you watch the damage with the gally durring round 4 you do substantialy less to everything then when you use it in round 3

Nope. Every weapon that's not a primary does about half damage. That's how those perks work. Same for specialist.
