Kills with TLW and Thorn don't count in PvP.
Sorry, but the guns are so Op it's just ridiculous. The guns do all the work. Kind of like baseball players and steroids. It's not the skill the players have it's the steroids they use to be good. Same for TLW and Thorn. It's not the skill it's the guns. Any noob could pick up a Thorn and get lots of easy kills. I don't know why Bungie nerfed autos, and fusions into the ground but let TLW and Thorn completely own the crucible.
Edit: I have both Thorn and TLW. I don't use them. It would be like putting training wheels on a bike. I don't need Op weapons to help me play good.
Edit 2: I find it amusing that almost all the negative comments i'm getting are from people who use Thorn and TLW. Not surprising. Most people in the crucible use those Op weapons. So i'm getting a lot of hate. That's Ok. Come at me haters. The nerf is just a matter of time, so enjoy those easy no skill kills while you can.
Edit 3: Bungie is nerfing thorn and the last word. HA HA........HA HA HA.........BLaHAHAHaHaHaHaHaHah. Better put that thorn in the vault and learn some skills, kids.

A professional athlete (NBA,MLB,NFL) still has to have an incredible amount of skill to play in the pros even if they do use steroids. As far as Destiny goes, you could easily say a trip mine grenade takes no skill. TLW has a learning curve and someone can suck with Thorn and get beat. PS: I use Red Death.

What I think about these guns are different from the rest. Thorn is overpowered, yes cause of the damage output and the dot though TLW takes a little more effort to use. It takes a more skilled player to use the last word compared to thorn. I use neither. There are ways to counter the mass who use the overpowered weapons but complaining about it will do almost nothing. What you do is you find a gun that fits your play style (like for me is the bad juju) and just play. Sure you'll face 20 guys with thorn but you can Easley take 10 down yourself if you take them one on one and you're comfortable with your play style just cause (3) it's overpowered doesn't mean it's unbeatable. When I was playing trials this week I was using the messenger (also a very good gun to counter thorn) and my team was facing people using the thorn but our play styles and our strategy is how we won (I'm not gonna go into strategy) in these matches i made a joke "the only reason thorn isn't nerfed is because all the crucible devs use it" now obviously it's a joke and it will be nerfed soon hopefully and along with all the other guns (just please not pulses ;) so just listen to what I say and you'll be fine

Must b a noob.your logic is dumb. The reason y everyone uses those weapons is because there's not much choices. Blame bungie not the player. There was a time when all u seen was suros left and right. And I still ran my last word. I use other weapons but when it's one on one and u got some pulse rifle or scout, other guy is using tlw or thorn and u get wrecked. What's your natural reaction gonna b.... Fire with fire. It's nothing to do with players being bad, it's bungie not giving balance.
