Destiny?
If not, which game?
2nd place for me goes to Modern Warfare 2
Honorable Mentions: Zelda (all), Final Fantasy 7, Mario games, Mortal Kombat 9/10, Pokemon Red, God of War Series, Halo 1-3 and Uncharted Saga
Edit 1: most common replies thus far: battlefield 3/4 and skyrim.
Edit 2: fallout, WoW, Runescape, Halo and CoD also very common replies, as well as GTA, Diablo and Eve
Edit 3: I know this game hasn't been out a year, still doesn't change the fact that most people are over 500 hours into it
Edit 4: great replies! We're trending
Edit 5: this is by FAR the most for me, coming in at about 900 hours logged. 600 on the hunter ;)
Edit 6: over 1,000 replies!!

WoW is by far the most time I ever invested in a game. After that would have to be the EA NHL series. I used to play that on PC. In fact, it's only because they discontinued the PC version that I even bought an XBox. Console gaming has made leaps and bounds but still falls short from PC gaming.

Probably, but I played through Mass Effect 2 six times, and ME3 6-8 (I kept playing the party DLC trying to get all of the characters in the photo).
-
Runescape, cod 4, mw2, and destiny lol
-
Yes it is
-
Not even close. Halo 4, black ops II, FIFA 13, tf2 I think?, and bf4 fits in there somewhere.
-
Smash Melee. Have 3000+ hrs in it

2 AntwortenDoes playing with yourself count? Lol

Kingdom hearts 2 had about 900 hours in one play through, final fantasy 11 had about 1300 hours, and modern warfare had about 800 hours in. Pretty sure i have about 600 hours in destiny, it just doesn't keep me interested for long periods of time.

Unfortunately, yes

2 Antwortensnake 2 on the Nokia 3310. I had about 2000hrs of gameplay. I only charged the battery twice during that time.

Not even close

EASILY. This is the most fun, addicting game I ever played. Not the best, tho.
-
Halo: Reach and Monster Hunter 4U. Both for the same reason: grinding gear and rank.

2 AntwortenI've had an idle game on my work PC going for about 4 years. Active game... Doom! (maybe) or Tetris.
-
Fallout NV for me

1 AntwortenPokemon for the win!

I'd probably have to say Halo 3 is the most played game I have, followed closely by the rest of the Halo series, then Battlefield 3.

I do have 1000+ hours in Destiny, and I'm not usually big on replaying the standard single player games (unless there is a +newgame mode, which still maxes out at 2 playthroughs.) So I pondered it a bit to think of all the games I played, I had quite a few in the Halo games, especially the latter ones when they added Firefight (since I"m not a huge PVP guy). On and off for a few years I played a fair amount of World of Warcraft, but still I don't think I quite topped my Destiny hours. Then a game called Avatar Legends came out on XBL. It had a world creator built into it, so I spent six months creating my own campaign, story, and finding ways to tweak the programming to do things that even the original AL creator didn't do. Ended up with a world far larger than his, and a campaign twice as long. I spent so many hours making, and beta-test running through it, its probably the closest to my Destiny time if you count the making and playing together... Finally, after thinking back far enough I realized there was another game I had played more. Throughout high school I was bored out of my mind. The teachers for the most part were idiots, and I skated by with As and Bs while doing little or no homework and not paying attention at all... So what was I doing all this time at school and after (or a good majority of it)?
Playing the shit out of Tetris... Yes, Tetris. On the original, classic gameboy, nintendo's first handheld console. I would hold the down button and A when starting it, so that it enhanced any levels you played by +10, and start at level 9, so I could be playing at level 19 speed right away... that was always fun.
Don't know exactly, but I think Skyrim may still be a little ahead. I think once The Taken King comes out destiny will overtake though
-
I would say it's not even close. Having just gotten Married and working more hours diminished my game time this past year. 1. Diablo 2 2. Cod MW-BO2. (Ghost and AW sucked) 3. Fallout 3 Most other games don't have the same replay ability to sink 1000s of hours into.
-
nope, definitely mW2. i played that for over two years.
-
It's getting close to being the most played. But I have some contenders lol Dragon Age 2 Dynasty Warriors series Gears of War 2/3 KOTOR 1/2
