Prison of Elders
Should all prison of elders weapons (including varik's sale of the week) have guaranteed elemental burns? Also should skolas drop a "burn" weapon every first kill (per character) of the week? I feel like that would reduce the pressure on PvE players to be forced to go through ToO if they hate Pvp by providing an alternative. What are your thought?
