Dont nerf thorn
Its a good gun and it can be annoying for people to earn. Half the people begging for it dont have it.

Nerf the only gun ever used in end game PvP. I want this to happen not cause I hate the gun but so many times have I seen non-fireteams use only 1 weapon until heavy spawns than they change their exotic just to use it instead

1 AntwortenThis was my second exotic bounty it was hard to get because I was under level for xyor It needed a buff originally, it was okay but not worth taking up an exotic slot... Once it got the buff it was op This gun needs a serious nerf I don't use it unless everyone else on the other team is and I'm annoyed The 2 shot thing is bs, it out snipes me across the map, I say nerf the range or the impact The rof is fine imo but range or impact needs to go

13 AntwortenDestroy thorn! Nerf it to the ground! Its a crutch for sub-par players and CoD players who are used to low TTKs. Anyone who thinks otherwise is completely delluded. Btw I have had thorn since October longer than most of the other thorn scrubs so Im entitled to say it needs a nerf.

2 AntwortenIts not just the thorn its the exotic hand cannons in general. The thorn is overused and can kill in two shots. The hawkmoon can snipe and its luck in the chamber makes it extremely powerful. TLW will kill you before you have time to react at close range and is still good at medium range. Crucible has become the hand cannon's playground and is taking away from other gun classes.

3 AntwortenI don't think so. Most people have because its way too easy to get. Most people that defend it are just scared the k/d will plummet when they have to use a weapon they actually have to aim with.

I use thorn frequently in osiris and iron lag. U know why? Its unbalanced. It gives u an advantage. Thorn was my first exotic bounty last september and the weapon was fine the way it was back then. It got buffed to imbalance because some CoD crybabies couldnt handle a shooter with a tkk above .2 ...

4 AntwortenI use thorn in every match of iron banana and I agree it needs some kind of nerf. Not to the dot but to the range and rate of fire. The distance I'm killing people at is kind of ridiculous. I can land 3 shots on a sniper at maximum map range before he can even fire a second shot usually. A guy with a scout rifle can usually get off enough shots to kill me but if he misses he pays for it. If I miss I just continue on spamming shots until the dot or the gun kills him. As it is now it's kind of cheap. But until they patch it or buff something else to contend with them I will continue to use it =)

They will deff nerf the weapon , that or buff others . Bungie has made it a point that they don't want everybody using the same weapon . Anybody whoose a body knows that the weapon is used 90% of the time in trials/ib now
