BUNGIE IT'S NOT US, IT'S YOU.
The servers are kicking us out WAY too often and it's happening to WAY too many people. Just admit it's your servers and FIX IT. OWN UP TO YOUR MISTAKES AND WE WILL FORGIVE YOU.

5 AntwortenThe problems honestly are not Bungie's to be dead honest. A lot of the ISP's (particularly Comcast, TW Roadrunner) have a problem with the handshake that takes place between when the PSN connects you to the Bungie server protocol. Both Comcast & TW are aware of the problem and have been working with Activision to resolve it but there is no ETA on when or if it will ever be fixed.

Sometimes these are intermittent and just happen once, or for a short period of time, due to network conditions between you, Bungie, and other players. Other times it can be related to your home network, other devices connected to your network, or the connection with your ISP. Are you using WiFi? If so, please try switching to a wired connection temporarily. This is an important first troubleshooting step to rule out wireless signal strength/stability as a possible cause. Both iron banner and trials have been worthless this go round to much lag watching players rubber band across the screen seeing an entire opposing team red bar and have no hit markers register. It's frustrating and it's certainly not a household connection issue or I would have the issue with other games and my Internet

1 Antwortenbungie will not own up to their servers being bad. nothing else in my entire home disconnects from the net or has problems with the net, just getting error codes from bungie/destiny. Funny how the connections for destiny has slowly gotten better..... and its not bungie fixing their servers.... rriigghht !!!!!!

The problems are the players. I've never had an internet problem. I only have one internet upgrade for myself though. -Variks

It's obviously possible to make a stable connection with these supposedly troublesome ISPs, so figure it out, Bungie. Most of us who come here to comment are aware of the futility of posting on the forums but we do it anyway because we have no troubleshooting left to do. You work with what you have, and if you designed a system that doesnt work well with the existing ISPs...well that was pretty stupid. And for those of you who comment on posts like this saying "no its your internet, mine works fine." So you think that since yours and a few other's connections are OK, that applies to everyone? I guess there's no starving people in Africa cuz you have food in your fridge.

Never had a connection issue in the trials of osiris, extrodinarily rare in the iron banner, and still quite rare in crucible. I pay $20 a month for 25 down an 2 up internet speeds...........

I can play for about ten minutes before either getting kicked off the servers or losing connection to Xbox live. You say that destiny is such a great game, then make it one. Every time I play I get kicked off because of your servers, I keep on getting things like beaver or groundhog. That says your problem has been reported immediately well guess what it's not it won't stop happening so if you're going tell me it's fixed than fix it. I preordered the game and it's been happening ever since I play. So fix it or I'm leaving, and I know I'm one in a million. But that million you so call love so much is going to leave within a year. For any of those who care I find playing between 9am and 12pm central is best. For the Xbox live problem, it started when I downloaded the game off the disks. Whoever is reading this please support me. Halo Reach is a great game better than Density will be if the functions and codes don't start working. Halo Reach is way better than the game Bungie said that Destiny is.

I'm having problems as well, my connection is always in the red despite having 50 Mbps speeds and a Netgear AC1900 router.

i get kicked to orbit and the lie bungie says on screen is thats it my inter net. everything else in my home connected to the net works perfectly except bungie broken crap servers.
