Simple answhere no... some weapons should just stay rare if they are sold then whats the point in the being rare and if they do that they will nerf it and before anyone says "yeah but you have one you dont care" i dont have 1 my self .

Getting gjallarhorn was one of the most exciting thing that's happened to me just the game so far. Xur would ruin the excitement for everyone

My opinion is, why should others be faster and do more damage than others based on a luck drop? I'm better than a lot of people I play with yet, no Ghorn.... girlfriend does PVP only, maybe one hour a day or two. She doesn't even nightfall and has raided VOG normal once.... she got ghorn. Xur should add ghorn to the rotation AND make more powerful heavy weapons/buff current ones to compete with it.

Prison of Elders bosses and their mechanics, outside of Skolas, can and will be completely ignored. Same with Strike bosses, even though they're just bullet sponges anyway. This isn't a call for a nerf, but I'm reserved about him selling it again. That's not to say I don't want people to have one. I got my second one from Crota just now, with my friend (relatively new player) who doesn't have any exotics outside of Xûr, the guaranteed PoE chest from your first run and one Nightfall. I felt bad it was me and not him. Doesn't help that I got 2 Last Words in a row from Atheon and Ir Yût, and Fatebringer and Vision of Confluence, and he got nothing. This game, man.

I remember when early on i once saw a guy with monte carlo and o followed him around while drooling all over thay gun. It should work like this. Xur comesto the tower and bring an exotic weapons engram which you can buy only once per character. This would give you a greater chance of getting the exotics that you want while preserving its rarity. And dont forget that those engrams would be divided into primary special and heavy. And theres only 4 heavy exotics that you dont obtain trough a bounty.
