Perfect Key System
So this is just my opinion but their really should be a better way to get keys. Farming the events is ok but after about an hour it is very boring.
Keep everything the same but add these rewards to the PoE....
Lvl 28 PoE = 1 Key Fragment
Lvl 32 PoE = 3 Key Fragments
Lvl 34 PoE = 7 Key Fragments
Lvl 35 PoE = 1 Treasure Key
10 Key Fragments = 1 Treasure Key
Any thoughts??
Edit: Have Variks sell 1 Key for 1 etheric light and vise versa is a good idea mentioned to add with this system
Edit: Just read the new update and they increased our chances at keys and we are guaranteed 1 Key a week per character it looks like so things are looking up

10 AntwortenNo. How about they do tiered rewards system. If you beat PoE, you get to open all the loot chests. At 28, you get materials, synths, and possibly a legendary engram or low level legendary weapons and armor. At 32, 34, and 35, the rewards get increasingly better with the chance of the good weapons, exotics, and armor getting better as the difficulty increases. Keys should never have been implemented in the first place.

Just did a bounty on my alt character first and got a treasure.( naturally when I opened the chest I didn't get an exotic) I completed a quest on my main after that and didn't get a key.

1 AntwortenEven though they have upped the key chances, I still like your idea for fragments. At least you have a sense of progress as you play. Straight up RNG can lead to frustration.

I don't think anyone would sell an etheric light for a key but i like the idea of buying etheric light with a key but it would have t be more like 3 keys for one etheric light

6 AntwortenIt's simple. Every character should receive 1 key per week for completing the lvl 28 poe. It's up to them to decide if they want to use it there. Do away with the patrol key farming...it's wayyy to grinding. Make it to where you can just loot it once per ether key. Instead increase the drop rates of the side chests within the PoE especially the 28 since this one you can play all week long and build rep and get rewards. It's not a difficult fix by any means.

I opened 2 ether chests while doing Petra's bounties and from each one of them I got a key

Yeah, the key changes are good that they implemented. I'd rather not deal with fragments, as inventory space is cramped, once again.

The update they did should work first chest got a key if they have it drop from any event in destiny that would be better

2 Antworten1 etheric light for a key is a god awful idea the keys dont give you good shit anyways, all rehashed vanguard/ faction gear, her mercy hand canon is literately the red hand xi what a joke. so i would not trade an etheric light for a stupid ass key.

Why do people complain about the keys. The stuff you get from the chest sucks! I have 4 sitting in my vault that I have no use for. Same goes for the etheric light.
