Pretty much I had #2 and couldn't get over the controls so I was not really looking to get #3 but damn am I glad I did out of all the current Gen games that have been hyped this game is the only one so far to live up to it.

11 AntwortenI won't I game to laugh and strengthen my friendships with my friends. Not just to listen to pixels talk on a screen while my friends are in another party, talking and having a great time

1 AntwortenI'm very very resistant to getting it. I've been badly disappointed by every single western rpg I've played that the witcher no matter how great every one tells me it is. I really really don't want to get it. (Bioware was the last nail in the coffin for making me really dislike western RPGs. Gave them 3 chances too, knights of the old republic, mass effect, and DA : inquisition, regretted all 3 purchases) it's not that I don't like RPGs. I love a lot of jrpg's. Xenoblade and chrono trigger are my two favorite games in the whole rpg genre. But I feel that I'm spoiled with jrpg's and playing a western rpg would require me to lower my standards. (Not really more of change my expectations. But for me their is no difference.) I want to get it. But I really really don't want to either. I have monster hunter to play anyways. And legend of zelda. Been putting them off because of monster hunter.

It's a fantastic game. I love it. Haven't had time to play a lot of it though, but from what I have played, I can tell you it's a very nice RPG.
-
Guess it's not for everybody, but it's definitely in my top 5 games of all time and I'm only about 1/5 of the way through it.

1 AntwortenI'll probably pick it up when it goes on steep sale on Steam.

I never can get into solo games 100% except ff series! I've never finished an assassin creed game so there's no point in me getting if I can't run around with friends. But it looks awesome and has great reviews just not my cup of tea!

1 AntwortenHey get it, the game is amazing i been playing 8 hours a day since launch and its amazing. its totaly worth it
-
Me neither because im saving up to get a PC
-
I wont, mainly cause I like to play other games in a series before hand lol
-
If you played fable om 360 you played an inferior of witchery

7 AntwortenIt's not a bad game to miss, it's only vital if you are a big RPG fan. Now I would recommend it to everyone who has the time and money, but it's hardly a social game or a blockbuster shooter.
-
Im probably going to wait until winter or its on sale. With warm weather here I won't be gaming as much and it doesn't seem like a game I can pick up and put down easy. I'll wait until I can invest some time in it.
-
I'm not getting it mostly because I'm getting eso so I don't have the money :(

1 AntwortenYou really think you're the only person in the world who isn't buying TW3? Stupidest question I ever heard.
-
Probably a good idea. Few hours go by and it feels like minutes.

5 AntwortenBearbeitet von wojo55: 5/29/2015 10:07:33 PMJust wanted say if your not getting it because the 2nd one wasn't that great then I would agree. I couldn't even get halfway through it without being bored as an mother-blam!-er but this is so much better then the 2nd game and has easily became apart of my top ten favorite games. if that's not your reason for not liking it then I got one question for you and that's why not?
-
5 AntwortenI'm very excited but also curious to see if I get overwhelmed at first like I did in DA Inquisition. That kinda sucked
-
Witcher is great, if you like rpgs with long story lines and lots of reading. If youre looking for something more action oriented, it may not be for you.
-
If you like games like Skyrim or Dragon Age you'll probably enjoy it. I am a huge fan of the Witcher (games as well as books) and I'm a bit biased but I wouldn't say to buy it just for CDPR to get a sale. It takes more than a few minutes to get into, and more than a few hours before you realize just how large the game it is. At the end of the day it really just depends on whether you have the cash and just how curious you are. It is obvious that a lot of care was put into this game though, and that definitely makes it more fun for me.

5 AntwortenNaw. I got and beat the 2nd one. Didn't like it much so don't think I'll get 3.
