Some people may be stuck at level 32 indefinitely.
There are a lot of people, including myself, who don't have a lot of time to play Destiny. And when i do have time, it's rather difficult to round up friends to do the more advanced end game levels and raids and this is the only way you might get Etheric light to max out your gear and weapons and reach level 34. Since Bungie has a ridiculous policy on not allowing matchmaking for much of their more advanced content getting Etheric light is going to be a huge struggle for a lot of people. And the random nature of the Etheric drops will inevitably lead to a percentage of players hopelessly stuck on 32. Before HoW you could at least grind for crucible and vanguard marks and then buy gear and weapons to break down to max your gear out or grind in iron banner.
There really needs to be a better way to reach max level. I still love Destiny, but this is just bad game design. I guess i won't be playing as much Destiny as i hoped.

2 AntwortenRecommendation is to load up 32 PoE each week, complete it, get the armor core, and two weeks later you are 33 because of two armor pieces being +42 light. Other then that? You could run nightfalls until you get Etheric light and upgrade that way. This way you also get your normal stats roll for whatever gear you want. The big thing about friends being online? If they implemented an experience system where every 10,000,000 experience points got you something (made up number) then people would play one mode constantly. Destiny is about the wide range experience. As in, go play crucible. Go play raids each week. Go do Nightfalls solo if you are truly brave. Go do the various activities with friends to get the rewards. If the rewards are not worth it? Then you won't get to 33 or 34. The path from 32 to 33 is exotic shard upgrades and buying a single piece of gear at a time.

2 AntwortenJoin the100.io and you can find a group quickly; the whole point of being matched to 100 similar guardians (timezone, playstyle, etc) helps with the coordination needed. I started that way and ended up finding a small group that I mostly hang out with now. Give it a shot, worked great for me.

I shared the sentiment before. None of my friends play this game. But destinylfg.net helped me find new friends. It takes a bit of effort but community is quite friendly.

The level 32 PoE gives armor cores you can technically be full 34 in two to three weeks...

So, OP, what you are saying it is just like when we were stuck at 29 forever? Okay...been there, done that. :)
